Fabric Sourcing & Sampling
Once details are confirmed, we source the exact materials and create a pre-production sample. We offer laboratory testing for color fasting, shrinkage, and eco-standards (such as OEKO-TEX) to ensure your standards are met.
Sample Approval & Quotation
We send the physical sample to you for touch, feel, and fit inspection. Along with the sample, we provide a transparent, final quotation based on your Order Quantity (MOQ).
Bulk Production
Upon sample approval and deposit receipt, we trigger bulk production. Our advanced manufacturing facility handles cutting, stitching, and filling with precision, monitored by our strict in-line quality control (QC) team.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every single piece undergoes a 100% final inspection (checking seams, loose threads, and dimensions). We then pack the goods according to your branding requirements, using custom inserts, labels, and eco-friendly packaging if requested.
Shipping & Logistics
